Parry Music inc. Studio Rules and Policy 


     The signed session invoice completed serves as a work order, and it is subject to the conditions and covenants contained in this agreement. Client is responsible for 30% of book rate for all studio time cancelled with 72 hours notice or less. Client is responsible for 50% of book rate for all studio time cancelled with 48 hours notice or less. Client is responsible for 100% of book rate for all studio time cancelled with 24 hours notice or less.


     All rates quoted on invoice are discounted rates reflecting payment at time of session (COD). Any other payment arrangements must be agreed to in writing, by Parry Music Inc. at least three {3} business days prior to session. Client agrees to pay full rates on current rate card for sessions not paid for in full at time of session. Any session paid for by check with insufficient funds or by an unauthorized credit card shall be considered to have not been paid for at time of session. In addition. any sessions past due will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee, and turned over for collection. Client further agrees to pay for, in full, all collection costs which Parry Music Inc incurs.


     In addition, a carrying charge of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from date of invoice will be applied to all accounts delinquent for more than ten (10) days. Client agrees that any recorded media produced under this invoice may by held by Parry Music Inc. until full payment and carrying charges are received.


     Time lost due to equipment malfunction. tape defects, media issues, operator error, etc.. and not charged to the client shall be known as "DOWN TIME“. No monetary consideration for down time will be allowed by Parry Music inc. unless such consideration is noted on this work order. Undersigned personally accepts responsibility for and guarantees payment of this invoice in the event that client fails to do so. Undersigned certifies that he is an authorized agent of the client, and is empowered to bind and commit the client to all of the terms and conditions herein and to incur charges in client's behalf. The undersigned certifies that all information of the work order is correct.


     Client agrees to take full financial responsibility for any damage or costs incurred by him/her or by anyone attending. This does not include Parry Music. The client hereby indemnifies and holds Parry Music Inc. harmless from any and all damages which may accrue to the client and/or others, with respect to the costs of musicians, vocalists, and others, and all other costs in connection with down time on this session and/or any future sessions.


     Recorded media left for one month or more are subject to storage fees and collect shipment to client. Client hereby indemnifies and holds Parry Music Inc. harmless from any and all claims for damages or losses which may occur to client's equipment, recorded media. or other property, while being stored, handled, or shipped by Parry Music Inc.


     Client is advised to submit a written, numbered purchase order at the time studio services are booked, stating (A) the amount of studio time ordered, and (B) persons authorized to order further studio time. If client chooses to waive the use of a written numbered purchase order, client in doing so thereby authorizes the producers, artists, and/or other persons directing the recording and/or mixing of the project to incur charges in the client‘s behalf throughout the duration of the project originally booked by the client, and further waives defense that charges were incurred thereby without client‘s authorization. Client agrees to provide Parry Music Inc. with written notice of client’s decision to terminate further work on any given project.


    Client will neither assign nor transfer client‘s rights or responsibilities under the terms of this agreement. In the event litigation is required to enforce the terms of this agreement, the client and the undersigned hereby agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees for Parry Music Inc. and all court costs in connection herewith. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Parry Music inc. Store Policies

We reserve the right to cancel any order when necessary for any reason. 


Parry Music inc. Returns 

     Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

     To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that Parry Music inc. and T
he Spot Recording LA will incur for you to return any item purchased from any of our websites.


     Please include your invoice with your order, along with a note explaining your reason for returning the item(s). Please specify if you would prefer:

2) In-Store Credit (in the form of a Gift Card)


3) Exchange* 


*If you would like to exchange your item for another of equal value, please list the item, as well as the size, color, etc. if applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the subtotal of your order (we do not refund shipping costs) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

     If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



     Replacement is your only remedy under our warranty. Your only remedy under our warranty is the above mentioned replacement (30 days from the date of delivery) of your eligible unit.  Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, shall extend beyond the 30 day warranty period.  Under no circumstances shall Parry Music Inc. be liable for any special incidental, indirect, or for any consequential damages.


     Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our truck giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period. After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s) purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience. If we allowed refunds for purchases during our truck giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned you entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.

As noted when placing your order, please allow extra time for fulfillment during the truck giveaway promotional period.


Shipment Disclaimer

     All orders are processed with in 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 


     If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


     Although our websites may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates.. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory,  service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. Parry Music inc. and The Spot Recording LA is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.


International Customers

     Parry Music inc. and The Spot Recording LA is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.


Limitation of Liability

      You agree that you are using our services at your own risk, and that they are being provided to you on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages or losses, resulting directly or indirectly. Once an item is packaged and shipped, we are no longer responsible for any damages, shipping delays, or mis-handling on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you have questions or issues with your shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier, with the provided tracking number on your order.

Limitation of Promotional Items

      Only one (1) promotional item, if available, may be added per completed order.  Under no circumstances may a customer add more than one (1) promotional item, if available, to any completed order.  Parry Music inc. and The Spot Recording LA reserve the right to remove any additional promotional items mistakenly added or allowed to a single completed order.
